I started backing up and wouldn't you know. I got hung up on that sticky vine and about tore off my clothes. The more we looked around, the more work was to be done. All that racking, pulling, tugging, reaching, picking up ... I'm tired. LOL
I will put the DVD and half-ass do it. Okay, I'll give it about 75% ... if I don't get in motion right now, it will not get done. I'll just take my time and not try to keep up with those FREAK OF NATURE folk. My problem is ... I WANT TO KEEP UP and NOT PUSH THE "PAUSE" BUTTON.
Sitting here looking at the SHEET right now - it's not included in the workout sheet packet, but ..... I wrote it down myself. FIFTY EIGHT MINUTES of bringing the PAIN. My FAVORITE (HA) exercises:
- Staggered Hand Pushups
- Bow to Boat
- Prison Cell Pushups
- Side Hip Raise
- Plank to Chaturanga Run and last but not LEAST
- The "frigging" Dreya Roll
Putting in my mind that this is my LAST WEEK of this stretch. I will only be weight lifting TWICE instead of THREE times. Therefore, I should have a lil more energy ... almost forgot >>>>>>>>>>>

I think they call them the "Intercostal Muscles" ...... my obliques are AWESOME, but to see them over my ribs ... WOW!!!
