..:: Another Round of CORE X --- OUUCCHHHH!!!


I am telling you that I ABSOLUTELY HATE those "Superman" "Banana Rolls" .... oh lawd.  Went ahead and got it out of the way.  Did I say how much I DISLIKE CARDIO?  Got a tadbit light-headed, but I finished.

I am totally AMAZED that I am no longer eating after 5 PM ... with no regrets.  Actually I haven't eaten after 4 PM for the last few days.  I make sure that I eat something as soon as I get up [ which is usually around 4:15 PM ].  So I usually eat as such:

4:15-4:30 am
6:00-6:30 am
9:00-9:30 am
12 noon
2:30-3:00 pm
4:30-5:00 pm

Eating 5-6 meals a day, makes it much easier to eat HEALTHIER and more OFTEN.  I'm NEVER HUNGRY ... therefore, I don't CHEAT.  Looking forward to being in the BEST SHAPE since I was in my 30's ... when I had muscles EVERYWHERE ... LOL

I'm BACK dammit!!! lol
Okay ... got some serious CATCHING UP to do ... doing ANOTHER ROUND of P90X ... the right one this time ... lol

I started the SECOND week this past Saturday.  I've lost 3.6 pounds and my arms and legs are getting more muscular ... LOVE IT!  Not doing it this time for weight or fat loss ... really trying to CUT UP this time.  I'm trying to STAY OFF THE SCALE.  I know I will STOP losing and I may GAIN weight [ which of course will be muscle ]. 

I did the CARDIO X on Saturday and the Sunday I skipped the CORE X.  I was outside in the yard raking, blowing leaves and playing with the dogs [ it was a beautiful 70 degrees ... go figure we had an ICE STORM on 01/09 ].

Debating whether to do the CORE X today or move on to the Shoulders | Arms.  It is not a good ideal for me to keep my hands above my head, for extended periods of time [ from car accident ].  I was EXTREMELY SORE and it took the massager, BENGAY and the heating pad, to alleviate that pain.

My DIET is going extremely well ... eating every  2 1/2 - 3 hours, not EATING AFTER 5 PM, water intake is decent !!!!
