The old hip flexors are not as FLEXIBLE as they were last time. I can tell the main difference, this time around. Funny thing is ... if I would have been on the right SCHEDULE, I could have easily gotten through the other DVD's (Kenpo & Core especially) much easier.
This is my EIGHTH week ... so technically on March 18th, I will be at Day 60. No, I'm not where I wanted to be (as far as lean wise); but I am not complaining because:
- I'm much more flexible
- I'm much more stronger
- I'm on the path to staying in shape
- I have more energy and I sleep better
- My diet is easier to maintain (no junk food)
- Drinking 90% water; haven't had a coke in months
- Eating more fiber, fruit, vegetables, turkey and fish
- Not eating so late in the evening (95% of the time, not after 5 PM)
Hope that this BLOG will inspire a few other ladies to join me. More than anything, why not start your own blog. I will be your first "follower" and your "inspiration". You know who you are !!!! LOL
